Beyond banking, miniCSP extends its services to include the payment of bills for various utilities such as electricity, water, and gas. This streamlines the process for customers, eliminating the need to wait in queues at utility company offices. The Kendra also addresses government service needs, offering assistance with Aadhaar card registration, PAN card registration, and more. These services are particularly valuable for individuals lacking the necessary documents or information required for accessing government services and schemes.

Overall, miniCSP plays a pivotal role in narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas in terms of essential service accessibility. Through its deployment of retailers, the Kendra not only ensures easier access to services but also contributes to job creation and economic development.
